9:00AM- Preconstruction Meeting with Todd Doupona (Pulte Project Manager), lagoon abutters, and 3 members of the Phase 5 Lagoon Committee. No issues. Todd expected that a pump would be delivered today and dewatering the lagoon might possibly start tomorrow. The water will be pumped into lagoons L-176 and L-183.
