Lagoon 150/164 Update

The remaining water level has increased slightly in this lagoon so PBG turned on the pump again at 8:50 AM today.

L-164 has a small aligator in residence. There also are a lot of very small fish surface-feeding.

  1. I visited L-150 today at about 12:45 pm and noted the pump running with the end of the inlet pipe on the pump sucking nothing but air - no water - and no attendant anywhere in sight. I waited around for awhile , hoping to see if anyone would show up to at least check on the operation of the pump, then left.

  2. a CLEAR indication of the commitment that Pulte has to fix these lagoons.

If Pulte used resource-loaded scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Sure Trak, Microsoft Project, etc.) that EVERYONE in construction uses today, then maybe they'd know how to work on more than one lagoon at the same time. But then, does Pulte REALLY want to fix these lagoons? It sure doesn't look like they do.

  3. At 11:00 am today, 6/16, no one was on site. The pump was not running and there appeared to be slightly more water in the pond than yesterday. No activity whatsoever. Such commitment from our master builder - maybe the joke's on us.
