9:15AM - Excess soil from dredging operation was being taken away using 3 dump trucks. Apparently the excavator couldn't reach the north end of the lagoon because the machine was sinking too far into the mud. Consequently, that end of the lagoon has not been dredged and that end of the embankment has not been built-up to the proper height yet.
