11:00AM - Pump is "on". No sign of any other activity. A larger pump has been brought in to replace the smaller pump. Some of the water being pumped is going back into the lagoon ( I guess that's a fact of life?). They had started excavating some of the existing embankment.
4:10PM - Pump is "on". No change in activity since the 11:00AM report.
